The Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) is a national 501 (c)(3) non-profit that provides direct services to patients with chronic, life threatening and debilitating diseases to help access care and treatment recommended by their doctor. The Structural Heart Disease CareLine is for patients diagnosed with a structural heart condition like congenital heart disease, heart valve disease and cardiomyopathy.
