About
The mission of Heartfelt Help Foundation (HHF) is to help financially challenged transplant patients in Northern California pay medically-required, transplant-related expenses which are not covered by insurance. HHF mentors heart transplant patients to help with physical and emotional stress of their condition and help them make the best of their required life changes to maximize the gift of life they received, and will educate the public about organ donation and transplant.
