Patient Resource Directory

The ACHA Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Patient Resource Directory provides information, resources, and tools for ACHD patients who might experience barriers when accessing recommended specialized care. These searchable resources are provided to help patients take an active role in their cardiac care. Patients can search for topics in areas such as mental health, general disability information, insurance, financial assistance, college scholarships, and CHD camps.

While many of the resources are national, with the help of the CHD community, our goal is to make the Patient Resource Directory as comprehensive and as locally-focused as it can be. The directory is currently searchable by category and keyword, and our plan is that it will be searchable by state and ZIP code in the future. This is where you come in.

We need your help!

Do you have an update to a resource or a local resource not currently listed that you would like to share with ACHA? We are grateful for the assistance of the ACHA community in making the Patient Resource Directory as robust as it can be. Click here for more information and to add or update a resource.
