Director's Description
The Chicago Adult Congenital Heart Disease Alliance was formed in May 2020. This alliance consists of University of Chicago, Advocate Healthcare, and Northshore University and was formed with the specific goal of providing high quality, outstanding, state of the art care for adults with congenital heart disease living in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. This alliance brings together 3 of the largest healthcare systems in Chicago and its suburbs. The program is directed by Dr Michael G. Earing, a nationally known expert in the care of Adults with Congenital Heart Disease. Dr. Earing has dedicated his entire career to the care of the adult with congenital heart disease. He has published countless articles, including several national care guideline statements, all in effort to advance the care of all adults with congenital heart disease. The Alliance has outreach sites, throughout Chicago, its suburbs, and Northern Indiana.
