At ACHA’s Heart to Heart Houston Regional Conference, learn to thrive with adult congenital heart disease!

About this Event

The Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) is bringing our Heart to Heart Regional Conference to Houston! This half-day event will bring together adults with congenital heart disease (CHD), caregivers, and healthcare providers to hear the latest information about CHD and to build lifelong connections with one another and with the community. Join us to learn more about the care you should expect and deserve, network with other adults and family members with CHD, and connect with helpful resources.

We can’t wait for you to join our vibrant, connected, empowered, and diverse ACHD community that can successfully access specialized care.

Please join us on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Registration begins at 8:00 am and the program is from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm CDT. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. Registration is $15 and may be waived under some circumstances upon request.

After the program, enjoy lunch and relax and get to know more about your fellow ACHDers! We’ll offer a variety of activities, from touring exhibits at the Health Museum to joining in ACHD trivia to taking turns at cornhole and other games. Chat with fellow attendees, speakers, and ACHA staff, and plan to leave with some new friends.
