2nd CHPHC Access to Care Virtual Roundtable

Join the Congenital Heart Public Health Consortium (CHPHC) on Wednesday, August 14 for their second Access to Care virtual roundtable discussion. This roundtable will focus on the topics of Patient and Family Engagement and Transition and Transfer and explore actionable solutions for improving healthcare access, support, and resources. This event will be hosted by the CHPHC Public Policy committee and will be a continuation of the Access to Care roundtable conducted in May.
