The ACHA Arizona Regional Conference is a dynamic partnership between the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) and Phoenix Children's Hospital. Although we can't meet in person, we are thrilled to be able to present this educational and social event virtually.
We invite patients, family members, friends and healthcare professionals to learn about specialized lifelong care for adults with congenital heart disease (ACHD) and to connect with the ACHD community. You will have the opportunity to listen and learn from experts in adult congenital heart disease. There will also be time set aside for meeting and greeting other attendees.
Please join us on Saturday, March 5, 2022 on Zoom (details will follow). The program is from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm MST. Registration for patients, family members, and friends for this event is $15. However, if you register before February 25, 2022, you will receive a $5 discount to the conference.
Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) Membership
By registering for this conference, you automatically become a free member of ACHA. As a member, you will receive e-mail and/or postal mail from ACHA and can take advantage of all the resources and services that we offer. We're so glad to welcome you to our community!
Photos and Screenshots
To protect the privacy of all attendees, ACHA will not take photos or screenshots of people in Zoom webinar or meeting rooms during the regional conference, and will not post images on social media. ACHA requests that participants also refrain from taking any photos or screenshots.

Who Should Attend?
- ACHD patients, family members, young adults and teens diagnosed with congenital heart disease, and friends. We encourage teens to attend with their parent(s).
- Healthcare professionals, including ACHD doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, social workers, nurses, fellows, and residents who would like to learn more about adult congenital heart disease.
