Whether you have a congenital heart condition, or are a caregiver, supporter, or healthcare provider, this is your chance to discover how others navigate the challenges of CHD and find strength in the shared experiences of our community members.
This is a recurring monthly virtual community, held online on the third Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. Central time. Attendance is free, but registration is required to access the Zoom meeting link.
