Help Get The Word Out About ACHA & CHD
ACHA One In A Million Poster Campaign
There are adults throughout the country who were born with heart defects and are not aware of ACHA services and/or the need for specialized lifelong care.
The ACHA One In A Million Poster Campaign is a public awareness strategy in support of the Don’t Get Lost Initiative to help locate those individuals who may be lost to care get connected.
Posters may be distributed/posted throughout your local community in Local Businesses; Restaurants; Libraries; Hospital Pediatric/Cardiology/Emergency Units; Adult & Pediatric Primary Care Offices; Places of Worship; Gyms/Fitness Centers; OB/GYN offices; Dental Offices; Social Clubs; Supermarkets, Community Boards, etc.
The ACHA One In A Million Poster Campaign Runs Until July 2009 or Until Supplies Run Out.
